Is my pool fence compliant?
Pool fencing is installed to meet applicable standards at the time of installation. Final compliance is required from a Pool Compliance Company and in some instances amendments outside our control may need to be made to the installation to meet compliance.
Is my pool fence permanently compliant?
Pool fencing is installed to meet applicable standards at the time of installation. Future landscaping, ground movement, building works, gate adjustments or modifications made by others may affect compliance.
Can I install my own gate latch?
We recommend consulting us before modifying pool gate hardware.
Why won't my gate self-close?
Hinge adjustment, ground movement or lack of maintenance are common causes.
Why won't my gate self-latch?
Latch adjustment or alignment may be required.
Can I hang towels or items on my pool gate?
No. Additional weight may affect compliance and gate performance.
Why has my pool gate gone out of alignment?
Ground movement, settlement and normal use can affect alignment.
