What does Supply Only mean?
Supply Only means Millennium Glass manufactures and supplies the product based on measurements, specifications and information provided by the customer or their representative. Installation, waterproofing, compliance and final fitment are the responsibility of the customer or their installer.
Do you check my measurements?
No. Unless Millennium Glass has attended site and completed the measure, all dimensions, specifications and opening sizes are deemed to have been provided by the customer.
What happens if my measurements are incorrect?
Products manufactured using customer-supplied dimensions will be manufactured exactly to the sizes provided. Millennium Glass cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements, fitment issues or remake costs resulting from inaccurate dimensions supplied by others.
Can Millennium Glass help me with measurements?
Yes. We offer a measure service for most products. We strongly recommend using our measure service to minimise the risk of incorrect sizing and manufacturing errors.
Can I supply my own hardware?
In some cases, yes. However, Millennium Glass cannot provide warranty coverage for customer-supplied hardware, including compatibility, operation, finish durability, engineering suitability, water performance or product failure resulting from its use.
Can I return a custom-made product?
No. Most Supply Only products are custom manufactured specifically for your project and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once manufacture has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
What should I inspect when collecting my order?
Customers should inspect all products upon collection or delivery to ensure quantities, sizes and visible condition are correct prior to transport and installation.
Who is responsible for transporting the glass?
For Supply Only orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product is transported safely and appropriately. Glass should be secured correctly during transport to prevent damage.
When does responsibility transfer to me?
For Supply Only orders, responsibility for the product transfers upon collection from our premises or upon delivery to the nominated location.
Does Millennium Glass provide installation instructions?
General product information may be provided; however, Millennium Glass does not provide installation certification, engineering advice or installation training for Supply Only products.
What if the product breaks during installation?
Millennium Glass is not responsible for breakage, damage, scratching or product failure occurring during transport, handling or installation by others.
Are leaks covered under warranty on Supply Only products?
No. Millennium Glass cannot warrant waterproofing performance, installation quality, structural adequacy, compliance outcomes or water performance where installation is completed by others.
Who is responsible for compliance?
For Supply Only products, the customer and/or installer is responsible for ensuring the final installation complies with all relevant Australian Standards, building requirements, waterproofing requirements and local authority regulations.
What if I am unsure about something before ordering?
Please contact our team before manufacture begins. Clarifying measurements, hardware selections, glass specifications and installation requirements before ordering can help avoid costly delays or remakes.
Important Note: Supply Only products are manufactured strictly in accordance with the information provided at the time of order. Customers are encouraged to carefully check all measurements, specifications and selections prior to approving manufacture.
