What warranty do you provide?
Warranty periods vary depending on the product installed. Please refer to your warranty documentation for product-specific coverage.
What is not covered under warranty?
Environmental damage, lack of maintenance, misuse, third-party damage and normal wear and tear are generally not covered.
What happens if I notice an issue after installation?
Contact Millennium Glass as soon as possible with photos and a description of the concern so we can assess the issue. Millennium Glass recommends reporting visible issues within 14 days of installation.
What cleaning products should I use?
Use clean water, a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaners designed for glass and hardware.
What cleaning products should I avoid?
Avoid bleach, Exit Mould, abrasive pads, steel wool, razor blades and harsh acidic or alkaline cleaners.
Why do glass products require ongoing maintenance?
Glass, hardware, seals and coatings are exposed to moisture, environmental conditions and regular use and require ongoing care to maximise lifespan and appearance.
